Recently, I had a chance to visit ITC for my son. They are very good at their job, highly professional, know how to handle the situation, give you good advice. Very cooperative and especially Mr. Assad, is very knowledgeable and helpful in accommodating people for the booking of the test. He also provided us all the necessary materials/ syllabus to prepare for the exam. Gives you opportunity for the free practice tests. The staff are really accommodating, I sat an exam here the exam was very straight forward and the staff are incredibly understanding and supportive. They also have a lot of other courses available. I sat my English and maths functional skills with ITC Centre, and I am very happy I chose them. From booking my exams to receiving my results, they was more than helpful and had no issues. Every email I sent was answered in a good time manner and communication was clear, and helpful. They were welcoming, supportive, and happy to answer any questions, which really helped put me at ease. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend this centre to others.
