Terms and Conditions – Pearson Edexcel

Examination Entry — Pearson Edexcel May/June 2027

Examination Entry Procedure

  • ITC College will submit your examination entries only after receiving full payment for all examinations, subjects, tiers and options listed on your Examination Entry Form.
  • You must pay all fees by the stated deadline. Late payment may result in additional late-entry fees or prevent your examination entry from being submitted.
  • Once your entry has been processed, ITC College will send you your Statement of Entry by email or, where agreed, by another appropriate method.
  • You must carefully check all information on your Statement of Entry, including your name, date of birth, subjects, units, tiers, options and examination dates.
  • Within seven days of receiving your Statement of Entry, you must email ITC College to confirm that all information is accurate and complete, or report any errors, omissions or requested changes.
  • All corrections and requests for changes must be emailed to info@itccollegeuk.com. Requests made verbally or by telephone will not be accepted.
  • If you have not received your Statement of Entry within seven days of registration, you must contact ITC College immediately. This timeframe may not apply to late entries submitted within four weeks of the examination series.
  • In exceptional circumstances, including when processing very late entries, ITC College may use an alternative procedure to confirm your examination entry.
