The Construction Management (Level 6 Top-up) programme is designed to prepare you for managing construction projects from initial design through to completion and occupation. You will develop the managerial skills needed to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high industry standards.

The course provides in-depth knowledge of construction management and the complexities involved in modern projects. You will explore the environmental impact of construction, sustainable building methods, and innovative management practices. Social innovation and sustainability are embedded throughout, supporting the competencies expected by professional bodies such as the CIOB.

By the end of the programme, you will understand key principles in construction technology, professional practice, ethics, health and safety, and legal and managerial responsibilities.
