You’re aged 19 or over
You earn below the gross annual wage cap of £32,400
You’re not currently undertaking any other government-funded training

What you’ll learn:
A broad foundation in IT support
This Level 3 IT support course gives you a strong grounding in the digital workplace. You’ll learn about the structure of the IT support industry, the policies and legislation that shape it, and the professional skills employers value most – from clear communication to problem-solving and teamwork.
Practical skills for IT, cloud and data
You’ll gain valuable experience with network infrastructure, cloud services and IT systems, developing the ability to configure and troubleshoot devices, manage helpdesk tickets, and install and maintain applications. Data management is also a key focus – you’ll learn how to source, cleanse and analyse data, before turning insights into easy-to-understand visualisations.

As digital security becomes more critical, this course introduces you to risk management, SIEM tools and vulnerability assessments so you can help keep organisations safe.
