Terms and Conditions

Examination Entry

 Examination Entry Procedure

  • ITC College will submit a candidate’s examination entries only after receiving the applicable fees for all examinations, subjects, tiers and options listed on the candidate’s Examination Entry Form.
  • Candidates are responsible for paying all fees by the stated deadline. Late payment may result in additional late-entry fees or prevent an examination entry from being submitted.
  •  Once an examination entry has been processed, Edexcel will issue a Statement of Entry. ITC College will send this document to the candidate by email or, where agreed, by another appropriate method.
  • Candidates must carefully check all information on their Statement of Entry, including their name, date of birth, subjects, units, tiers, options and examination dates.
  • Within seven days of receiving the Statement of Entry, the candidate must email ITC College to confirm that all information is accurate and complete. Any errors, omissions or requests for changes must be reported within the same seven-day period.
  • All corrections and requests for changes must be submitted by email to [info@itccollegeuk.com]. Requests made verbally or by telephone will not be accepted.
  • If a candidate has not received their Statement of Entry within seven days of registration, they must contact ITC College immediately. This timeframe may not apply to late entries submitted within four weeks of the relevant examination series.
  • In exceptional circumstances, including when processing very late entries, ITC College may use an alternative procedure to confirm a candidate’s examination entry.
